Obviously I learned a lot of math got more new knowledge, and made me more interested in math. But what I gained most is the cooperation with my teammates.
In the relay round, we need trust our teammates and coordinate with them in order to get a good score. In the first round, we got the first answer very quick, but we stuck on the second question, he couldn’t figured out until the time’s up.
Some of our group was complaining, and blaming on him. And he got unconfident.
In the second round, we didn’t do well, too, everyone was silence. And we realized that complains won’t give us a better result.
Instead of complaining, we started to encourage others, and try our best. At last, we finished the third round at 13 mins point.
I’m sure this also happens in the other groups. When we are doing a teamwork, and someone is not doing good. You should not be complaining your teammate, and encourage them. Don’t forget you’re not an individual, you’re in a team.
Crews’ cooperation makes the strongest team.
